SHAWN DOMINY: I practice criminal defense because I feel strongly that if the government accuses a person of a crime, then the government has to play by the rules in investigating that crime and in the court process. Part of my job is to make sure the government plays by the rules and to capitalize on situations when it doesn't.

SHAWN DOMINY: I purposely located my office in suburb of Powell because it's really not necessary to have an office near the courthouse anymore and because clients find the suburban location is convenient.
